In a barren white space, an unknown man and woman wake up with nothing but water and bread. The man is startled to recognize the woman as popular female announcer Tsuki Tsuki Ruisa. Despite exchanging opinions, they find no solution to their predicament. As their food and water dwindle over several days, they discover a note that reads "精飲SEX," prompting the man to wonder if having sex might be their way out.
